Giovanni's first day of kindergarten

This is the remarkable story of a very special first day of school that is amazing because it happened. Giovanni Price has late infantile onset MLD, a diagnosis that means he should be paralyzed and non verbal. And yet, in Omaha Nebraska two weeks ago, he did something no child with this disease has ever done before, he walked into school for his first day of kindergarten.
